Terms of Service

By creating an account or using Opsion ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you are using Opsion on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organisation to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Opsion is a real-time on-chain monitoring and alerting platform. It allows you to monitor public blockchain addresses, configure alert rules based on transaction activity, and receive notifications through various channels. Opsion monitors publicly available on-chain data only; it does not access private keys or custody any assets.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately at team@opsion.xyz if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account. Accounts may not be shared between individuals; each user must have their own account. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

You agree not to use Opsion to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation.
• Monitor individuals without their knowledge for illegal purposes.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or circumvent any part of the Service.
• Abuse the API in a manner that degrades service quality for other users.
• Resell or sublicense access to the Service without our prior written consent.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without prior notice.

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance. All prices are in USD and exclusive of taxes. You are responsible for any applicable taxes in your jurisdiction.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. You can cancel at any time from Settings → Billing; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and no refunds are issued for unused time.

We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Price changes will not affect your current billing period.

We target 99.9% monthly uptime for the monitoring and alerting infrastructure. Planned maintenance windows are announced at least 24 hours in advance. We are not liable for outages caused by third-party blockchain node providers, internet infrastructure, or force majeure events. Status and incident history are published at status.opsion.xyz.

Your use of Opsion is subject to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. In summary: we do not use cookies, we do not track you with third-party analytics, and we do not sell your data.

Opsion and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Opsion and are protected by international intellectual property laws. You retain full ownership of the wallet addresses, alert rules, and data you bring to the platform. We claim no intellectual property rights over your data.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Opsion does not warrant that the Service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that alert notifications will be delivered within any specific time frame. On-chain monitoring is dependent on third-party node infrastructure outside our control. Opsion should not be your sole mechanism of compliance — it is a tool to support, not replace, human oversight.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Opsion's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Service shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim, or (b) €100. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits or regulatory fines, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Amsterdam, the Netherlands, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction require otherwise.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Your continued use of the Service after that date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We recommend reviewing this page periodically.
